Best Service & Experience Me and my wife are new to the state and we were looking into our future car and were just window shopping dealerships. In all my experiences at the other dealerships, this was by far second to none-the best! Hutch greeted us and asked us a few questions and realized we were out of state and told us everything about Colorado we needed to know, about weather conditions and what the state will require come winter. It was more on eye-opening experience to find out how dramatic the weather can be and how unsafe driving conditions can be. We really didn't even talk about a car until we were comfortable. We finally looked at all the options of cars and found one that my wife really liked. Of course it was one of the most expensive ones on the lot and Hutch was able to give us some financing options for us to think about and just let him know when we were ready. We were super grateful for the kind of service he gave us. It was a no-haggle and no pressure situation, unlike most dealerships. This was the first step in experiencing the smoothest car buying process ever! Randon disclosed that he handled the internet sales for the dealership. So he would get me squared away with Tori. Tori was a catalysts in this process too! I explained that i didn't want to have another experience of being at the dealership all day to buy a car. So with all this being said. Tori was listening to what i said. She sold me a car. A band new Outback! Not to mention the whole process maybe took 2 hours! So from paperwork to explaining all the features and functions of my new car, 2 hours! What a breath of fresh air. Tori wasn't about selling a car but giving an experience of a smooth purchase.
