Service I am always fully satisfied with Mike Shaw for all service done to my car. They do not recommend things that you don't need. They (by 'they' I specifically mean Wally Pettingill, who is wonderful) have also submitted claims, including for one when my 2013 Forester died 4 miles west of the Eisenhower Tunnel and I paid a $100 deductible for an $11,000 rebuilding of my engine. (It makes sense to get the 7 year, 100,000 mile extended warranty). Finally, since I am planning to sell my car soon I asked for all of my service records and they printed all of them out for me! They go beyond the call of duty in virtually every case. More

Awesome Dealership Experience!! I contacted two dealerships. Toyota and Subaru. My first appointment was with William Reynolds who works at Mike Shaw Subaru in Thornton. The day befo I contacted two dealerships. Toyota and Subaru. My first appointment was with William Reynolds who works at Mike Shaw Subaru in Thornton. The day before visiting Subaru, I called the dealership. I got William on the phone. He appeared to be very patient with me because I was not sure what type of car I wanted. I set up an appointment on Monday, originally. I had to change the date due to a conflicting appointment. William changed his whole schedule to accommodate me and my family. I was very grateful for that. I went to Mike Shaw with no intentions of buying a car that day and I also had an appointment scheduled to look at the Toyota. I am grateful that I went to Mike Shaw first. I was not pushed into something that I did not want, instead, William went over everything in great detail. The car that I chose was the Subaru Legacy 2019. I ended up walking out with a car that same day. I got everything I wanted, and more. I even stayed within my budget. My wife is happy, I am also happy. If I can convince my friends to drive a Subaru, I will send them over to William at Mike Shaw. I've always liked Toyota, but me and wife have been talking about selling our Toyota as well and trading it in for a Subaru. William doesn't know that yet, but when we're ready, I will be calling him for that:) More

This last experience included needing to get someone out of state to sign over a title and he hand delivered the FedEx envelope to the drop-off location himself to make sure it got out on time.
