Cliff and the rest of the wonderful team, were welcoming, and helpful in every way possible during this process, as i needed to purchase a new vehicle stemming from a recent car accident i was in, a week prior to purchasing my new Subaru (which is why the safety features were a plus!). They ensured that i was able to get the car i wanted, and were able to work with the finances, while i waited for my insurance check to come through. Shane Monahan emailed me about making an appointment to go over my lease-end options, so I met with him today and he explained in detail what my options were. He was very thorough and clear, and friendly! He wasn't pushy at all, and before test driving a car he made sure we could figure out a monthly payment that would work for me. He was able to work out a lease agreement for a new Crosstrek that was affordable and reasonable for me, and was extremely knowledgeable and clear about each aspect of my lease. I am so excited with my new car! More
