He does an amazing job listening to what you are looking for and helping you find the perfect vehicle for your needs. My wife and I test drove 4 different vehicles and never felt any pressure from Shane. It was quite clear he wanted us to find the perfect vehicle for us. Further Shane is very upfront and honest when it comes to making the purchase and pricing. Other dealers I've been to are very pushy and apply lots of pressure to get you to buy with tons of back and forth on price. Shane is very honest and reasonable about pricing. Lastly, Shane answered all of our questions and always made sure we had all of the information we needed to make the best decision. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the different features and vehicles Subaru has to offer. Shane truly takes the car buying experience to a new level and completely stress free.
