Our immediate interaction left me feeling very at ease and comfortable, looking forward to coming in and checking our vehicles. Upon getting to the dealership, Shane had greeted us and took us on not only the most informative test drives either of us had ever experienced, but was so in depth & thorough, it left us both very excited moving forward. We had given Shane our goal numbers and features we wanted, and he worked with us to get us into the price point quickly. Shane was very transparent in everything, and we appreciate that especially from a car dealer. Although Subaru is a big brand, we definitely felt valued and that’s all thanks to Randon & Shane.
