Sold us a car with bad transmission I would give a below 0 star if I could. This is the worst car buying experience I ever had. They sold us a Toyota Camry with severe transmission issue I would give a below 0 star if I could. This is the worst car buying experience I ever had. They sold us a Toyota Camry with severe transmission issues and I have to replace the transmission 3 months after I bought the car. They had us test drive a different car and after signing all the paper works, they said they cannot give us the car for 2 more days. Their reasoning was that the car need to detailed again. When I went to pick up the car I told them it was not the car that I test drove but they convinced me that it was. It was very similar. Thinking that they are a reputable dealer, I thought I could trust them. But as soon as I drove off the lot, I knew that something was wrong. But the sales person (King Vang and Ricky Vang) said once you drove off the lot, they are not responsible for the car. Initially my mechanic thought he could replace the torque converter. After the initial review one of the internet sales manager (Randon) offered me half the price for the repair instead of taking responsibility for selling me a damaged car. My car is in the shop now and the mechanic found out that he has to replace the whole transmission. I will never go back to this dealer and I don't recommend anyone to go there. More
