I leased by Subaru approximately two years ago. I absolutely love the car itself, but the service at Mike Shaw Subaru is just as great. My windshield wiper wasn't working at one point last year and absolutely love the car itself, but the service at Mike Shaw Subaru is just as great. My windshield wiper wasn't working at one point last year and they said to come right in and they fixed it right away! I just had the 15,000 mile service and it was done in the time they said it would be done and they even washed my car as well! I had a minor accident due to slick roads and needed the suspension on my Forester repaired. I work from my car as a home hospice nurse. Brought my car in for a recall issue and Dustin let me know that i had missed some previous recalls. He informed me that is was not a problem that he would have his technician get those other recalls done know that i had missed some previous recalls. I asked if he could put on a part i had purchased and for where the part is located i was only charged 20 dollars which was great. They did a free full car inspection and let me know what else they found and gave me a printout description of what is involved and the cost of each item. When I picked up my car they had even washed it which is amazing for just origanlly going in for a free recall fix. More
