I worked mainly with Cliff, the sales guy, and to some extent, Greg, and both were fun and easy to work with. The whole process was completed in one afternoon. Did not have an appointment. Kathy fit me in with no problem at all to me or her staff. I was skeptical to negotiate for a new car on line, but Peter made the "conversation" pleasurable. I wasn't rushed, he didn't push or call me every day; but rather connected with me at all the right times Peter made the "conversation" pleasurable. I had a service tech (Noodles) test drive with me due to a noise problem. Of course the noise did not happen but he came back into the waiting area about 15 -20 minutes later to tell me what the noise might be (based on my discription)and to come back in and ask for him if it continued. What this said to me was that he was still trouble shooting in his mind even though he was on to someone elses car. I have continued to recommend your dealership to people even if they don't live on this side of town. I lived in Littleton when I purchased my car from this dealership. Thanks for a great job!! More

I consistently enjoy using this dealership. The employees are friendly and while I never enjoy spending money for service I think that their prices are good and the service work that they do is exc employees are friendly and while I never enjoy spending money for service I think that their prices are good and the service work that they do is excellent. Twice in the past year their service department pointed out a few things I needed done as regular service that I had overlooked. For example on this last visit Gunnar mentioned that the cabin air filter should be changed. Turns out it was filthy and just a simple thing like that made the air flow much better in the cabin.
