I purchased a new car at Mike Shaw Subaru last year, which went very smooth. I was so pleased that I wanted to give them the opportunity to handle all of the service and repairs. This makes it possible for me to drop my car off before work and then pick it up afterward, without taking time off (or spending a Saturday waiting at the dealership.) Gunnar also keeps me in the loop during the day regarding the progress of the work. I started taking my car to Mike Shaw because it was a close location when I moved to a different neighborhood, but I will go back for the customer service. More
