The dealership was very clean and when I went in. They even have a xxxxxxxx game set up inside for customers. I lost my partner of 15.5 years to ALS and needed to trade the handicapped van and restart my new life with a new car. The care and level of service I received from Chris Alfonsi was beyond top notch superb. He took the time to understand my situation, and what I was needing and also looking for in a vehicle. Chris truly cared about my situation, and it meant the world to have someone willing to listen and find solutions to get me where I was needing to be. He sent me a great video walk around of the SUV. I was considering when I got to the dealership I was immediately greeted, and Chris I came over, introduced himself, and was very nice, I explained my current situation, losing my partner, and where that had left me at. He took the time to listen, and also understand what I was needing in my next vehicle. Then we went out to look at the SUV and he explained all the features of the SUV and all my options. He was amazing at getting the deal done at a comfortable payment for me as well. I cannot say how much I appreciate him and Jaren Campbell (my finance manager). They both were totally awesome. I highly recommend working with both of them. They will make your process, smooth, clean, efficient, and most of all they both care truly care about their customer no matter how many they have.
