It was one of the absolute best experiences with a car dealership I’ve had in the last 40 years. From the beginning, Micah, the Internet sales manager responded to my email immediately. He gave me the dealership I’ve had in the last 40 years. From the beginning, Micah, the Internet sales manager responded to my email immediately. He gave me the information that I needed to have to make a decision. I’m gave that offer to four other car dealerships two other ones responded two didn’t bother to respond and the two that responded, wanted more information or wanted me to come in and drag their feet. Unlike the other dealersMicah with Mike Reese didn’t ask for a bunch of information information or questions. He simply gave me the information information I needed. I like the fact that he didn’t try to deceive me or slide in any extra fees. He basically gave me a total out the door price. I confirmed that and then came into the dealership to pick up my car. When I arrived, CMD sales consultant who works with the Internet people, greeted me showed me. The car was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and didn’t waste my time. He was able to do what it was required by the dealership, but yet was still respectful of my time and tried to expedite the process. To my surprise, when I came down to actually having to pay for the vehicle, it was exactly to the penny to what we agreed to. No extra charges, no extra fees, no oh I forgot this or that. It was on point. I have dealt with car dealers for the last 40 years but numerous cars and almost always there’s somebody that’s trying to pull a fast when we try to squeeze a few extra dollars out. In no way shape or form did I feel that that was the intention of any of the people I dealt with? They were surprisingly honest, lived up to their word, and treated me with respect and professionalism. I cannot stress how much I would recommend buying from CM the salesman at Mike Rezi Nissan, or dealing with the Internet managerMicah. They are an asset to the dealership, and I wish every sales person had the integrity, professionalism, and kindness that these gentlemen expressed to me.
