I was just going to let God fight my battle (and he still will) but I don't want this to happen to another customer. Back in June 2024 I went to the dealership and put down $1000 down payment towards a car. will) but I don't want this to happen to another customer. Back in June 2024 I went to the dealership and put down $1000 down payment towards a car. Long story short the deal did not go through and I never took the car home. I asked for my deposit back multiple times, they told me it was non-refundable. I've had MANY people (lawyers and salesmen) tell me it was illegal. So this is the piece of paper they had me sign saying it was "non-refundable" neither condition was met because I never drove off with the car. Do with this as you please, but I WILL receive my money back. We can take the easy route or the long one AJ. More

The store is really nice and I love the fact you can view cars in the service area. My sales person was great but the sales manager tried to add additional fees on top of the price. Financing and no Pre-paym cars in the service area. My sales person was great but the sales manager tried to add additional fees on top of the price. Financing and no Pre-payment scam is not Ethical.
