We even had fun as we were bantering back and forth during the negotiating of the deal I could get on the RAV4 that I wanted. By the way, love the car. It is a great SUV. I also have to say that I appreciate the finance guy (can't remember his name) that walked me through all the paperwork. It was a seamless deal. I also appreciate the warranty deal that he added to the package (with my permission, of course). Gives me peace of mind knowing that I've got some good coverage while I own that vehicle, even if I never have to use it. More

He actually "listened" when I described what I was looking for in a car and was able to show me 2 possible cars that might work for me.
