My recent experience negotiating with Matt Koen of the Acquisition Team at Mike Maroone Honda was unprofessional. I presented a fair market price for my car. Not only did two KBB partners meet this price immediately and enthusiastically, but I sold the car to one of them the very same day. Despite this, Matt Koen chose to ridicule my offer. He then addressed me in a condescending and inappropriate manner, calling me "babe," before loudly declaring he was ‘closing this lead.’

If you’re considering selling your car outright; go to Mike Maroone Honda and ask for Gary. Gary will give you a fair price and not waste your time. I cannot say this enough; Gary is a joy to work with, knows the market, and will treat you very well!

The dealership was nice and clean and the personnel were very nice and welcoming which combined made for a great experience.

Quoted me $4,300 and one of the things they said I needed to change was a timing belt (I have a timing chain so it's not even a real thing). Took my car to another dealership and they did everything AND replaced another caliper for $1,500...Maroone is an absolute rip off. When I called the shop out on what they were doing they hung up on me. Mind blowing that people like this can't get sued and held accountable.
