He made the car buying experience actually pleasant, without the least bit of pressure. It was readily apparent that his primary goal was to make the customer happy within the constraints levied upon him by the dealership. I never felt that we were in an adversarial relationship, which is unusual in today’s marketplace. He took the time to ensure that we were totally satisfied with the CR-V we were purchasing and the terms we were purchasing it under. The extra time he spent with us the day after the sale was immensely valuable in understanding the electronic wonders that Honda has put under the hood. My wife was amazed when she heard opera and show tunes, streamed from her IPhone and surrounding her, almost magically, via BlueTooth to the Honda's wonderful sound system. Also, she truly appreciates your setting up the basics of the Navigation System so she will never be lost again. Now, all she needs to do is tell the Navigation System to "Go Home" and she will be guided there. I could add many more superlatives re Shawn, but the bottom line is that I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a car, new or used. More

I contacted them online thru a car buying service and before I was done looking at the local dealership information; the Front Range Honda On-line department call me on the phone. I was still laughing when I was given Erin's name and that she would contact me. She called me within the hour and I told her I needed a silver automatic Civic with A/C for a very low price. I also told her I was flying in and I had very little time. When I showed up at 8:30 am, Erin had the exact car I asked for sitting in front----washed and ready to go. She had actually listened to the potential client and meet their desired needs. I was there for 2 hours and I walked out with the car I wanted for less than I thought I would pay with great financing. Erin was a joy to deal with as was the rest of the Honda staff at Front Range! I did not have this experience at the Subaru dealership which was also competing for my business. More

I had been looking for an inexpensive car to give to my new daughter-in-law to be. I wanted something that will be safe to drive in our weather and also cheap enough so we wouldn't have to carry full insur new daughter-in-law to be. Bob showed me the few cars that fit my needs and after driving a couple, settled on a 1999 Subaru based on his recommendation. I took it to my mechanic who did a pre-purchase check and highly rated the car for it's age and miles. I was pleased with the amount they offered to come down,@ $1400, to a total that I felt was reasonable. Bob was the type of professional sales person I like to work with and will some day want to buy a new car for myself and he will be the first one I talk to. The reason I appreciate Bob is that the commission he earned on such a cheap sale would have turned some sales people off, but he treated me as if I were buying the top of the line vehicle. I came to this dealership on the recommendation of my parents, because I was finally ready to get a really reliable car. Having had my fair share of bad experiences with cars that had chronic issues, I decided to bite the bullet and buy a new-ish vehicle. I wasn't sure what exact model I wanted, but I communicated my needs to Shawn Robinson over the phone and he studiously researched the stock at the dealership before I arrived. He brought me to a Honda Element first (which I ended up settling on). He showed me everything that he believed fit my requirements and even stayed late after his shift ended to ensure that my needs were met. His knowledge of each vehicle that he showed to me was stellar. He knew all of the common issues and complaints as well as the best features of each and every one. He did this with a friendly and boisterous attitude as well as an excellent sense of humor. Once I had set my mind on the vehicle that I wanted to purchase, he quickly set up my trade-in and got me in the queue to speak to Jason Bennett, who was extremely capable and friendly. Every single individual at the dealership was kind and congenial and made this experience not only painless, but enjoyable. I was so happy with Shawn's help afterward I took my fiance to him for the same thing he got out of a bad deal and a car with a leaky roof into a 2012 Honda Civic.
