Tony Roche was fantastic. I expected the stereotypical salesman with a bag of tricks. Instead Tony took the time to listen to me and patiently answered all of my questions. Unfortunately I’ve had some issues with 2 used vehicles purchased here, which was no fault of theirs. However, the customer service after these issues were found is why i rate them 5 stars. Matt, Mike, and Josh have consistently worked to keep my family safe in a loaner car until the issues in my vehicles were fixed. I have not paid anything out of pocket for the parts. Any dealership could have told me i was out of luck because the vehicles i bought were used and high mileage, but these guys have taken great care of us. More
