Horrible Customer Service Longmont Ford paired up with True Car and USAA. They informed both companies that they would give a guaranteed saving to their members for a specific Longmont Ford paired up with True Car and USAA. They informed both companies that they would give a guaranteed saving to their members for a specific price, even allow you to print the certificate. When you talk to them on the phone, they are so happy and willing to help. I was told they deal with USAA and true car buyers daily, they were excited for my business. They will say anything to get you to the dealership. Don't fall for their scams. They contracted with true car, stating they could provided discounts to their members and now magically all the trucks that were available yesterday were sold months ago. I have emails, text messages and voice mails from multiple sales people at this dealership, trying to sell me a car priced well over MSRP. Jeremy, will lie to make an extra dollar. Rather then lying, how about just being upfront and honest -how about just saying "I posted the discounted saving but later found these trucks were selling like hotcake." I too would take $10, 000 over MSRP vs $2,000 at the discount price. But you will never gain a loyal customer by treating them the way you treated people and being dishonest. More
