Horrible experience Chaz the financer is a crook. Forced us into a warranty we didn't want on a used vehicle. The dealer agreed to cancel the warranty but never did. For service great..... sales no. We have used this dealer for service for a while. There have been issues but they have been good and quick to respond. After a recent accident we We have used this dealer for service for a while. There have been issues but they have been good and quick to respond. After a recent accident we were on the lot looking at new cars. We were looking at the cars outside for about 30 minutes and no one ever came outside to talk with us. We then went into the showroom and we're still ignored. After looking around and sitting in cars for a few minutes we left because still no one ever said one word to us. No sure if this is some no pressure technique but being ignored was a real turn off. More
