I got a super, clean car for a great deal ! It is totally worth the drive out there if you live in the Denver area like me. No pressure and approved right away and I got more for my trade than I thought I could. (no joke) If you need a car... go see her. When I I had a great buying experience @ Longmont Ford a couple of weeks ago and would like to thank the salesman Joey Trujillo who assisted me! When I arrived I was casually just looking around and felt very much at ease to not be approached by a car salesman immediately like at most dealerships in Longmont! I actually made my way out to the front parking lot of Longmont Ford and noticed Joey standing out front and I made eye contact with him and he immediately greeted me, introduced himself, and asked how I was doing and if I needed any assistance.   At that time I was ready to move forward and had a few vehicles I was interested in and asked Joey about them and I was very impressed with his knowledge on each of the vehicles I was interested in! He was very convincing and I felt very confident that whichever vehicle I decided to purchase it would be a good investment and longmont ford would stand behind this! I have the unique situation of writing a review without actually going to the dealership. I had called to see if we could view a vehicle that I saw online and was told that it was in detail and couldn't b actually going to the dealership. I had called to see if we could view a vehicle that I saw online and was told that it was in detail and couldn't be viewed. I made an appointment for the next day to view and was called 30 minutes before my appointment by Ed to say that they 'didn't know where the car was' after a broker was checking it out and that it probably wouldn't be there when I arrived. Ed told me that he was to find out whether the car was sold "in the next two minutes" and that he would call me back to let me know one way or the other. After two hours I called him to confirm that the car was sold and was greeted with a very short reply from Ed and no further discussion on other vehicles to check out. Not my idea of customer service. As this was my family's first foray into purchasing a car at a dealership, I can tell you that my opinion of this place has soured before even stepping foot in the door. More

We were not to optomistic when we arrived at the dealer but Sean put our mind at ease and he did everything in his power to find us just what we were looking for.
