My wife and I were on the lookout for either a late model used Mustang GT or a Focus ST. Now, I used to work at a dealership and I've purchased many cars in my lifetime (some for me and some for others). I'v used Mustang GT or a Focus ST. Longmont Ford was the very first time that this has happened. Renaldo, our salesman, was professional, honest and personable. He didn't try to play any salesman games with us. His communication was excellent, he was patient, straight forward and got us what we wanted. His manager, Brent, was very kind and worked with Renaldo to get us the deal we wanted. Josh Rubin, Finance Manager, not only got us the APR we wanted but went even lower. On top of that, he knew we weren't interested in added costs and he didn't try to push us for added accessories or services. The whole group acted like one well oiled machine that worked together to achieve our satisfaction. The whole evolution took about an hour, from walking in the door to delivery. I've never been out the door in an hour. This is the very first time I felt a dealership was out for my own interests instead of it's own. Longmont Ford has raised the bar for all dealerships in the area. It would be wise for all other dealerships to use: Renaldo, Brent and Josh at Longmont Ford as an example for quality service. More

Sean Queen is a great guy and salesman, not pushy at all, which I truly appreciated. I would go back to him in a heartbeat. The experience was easy and fast. The only reason I gave price a 1 was because o which I truly appreciated. I would go back to him in a heartbeat. The experience was easy and fast. The only reason I gave price a 1 was because on the internet the price was one amount and they told me they had to add the "bank fees" to do the deal because of special financing to the price of the car, which is ridiculous you already have to pay a high rate of interest to cover the banks risk plus I had to put 10% down. The bank supposedly tacked on about $3000 on top of the price of the car, so beware if you need special financing or have bad credit. I would definitely recommend getting your financing before you go to ANY car lot to avoid this garbage. Car dealerships do not have $10 million dollar facilities by trying to get you the best deal they can.There are three areas of negotiations (1) trade-in, (2) price of the car (3) FINANCING. Good Luck on your experience just watch your back because no one else will. More
