I did everything online and over the phone since I live out of town. They knew from the beginning that I wouldn't get a chance to come see the car before I agreed to purchased it. My only complaint is that my car was advertised as having cruise control and when I picked it up after already buying it, I found out that it does NOT have cruise control. I didn't even know a 2012 Volkswagen had the option of not having that feature, since every review and manual I've looked at says that the base model Jetta does come with cruise control. I contacted one of the sales managers a few days ago to let them know that the only negative part of buying from them was the false advertisement and asked if he could do anything for me on that feature. I have not heard anything back yet. Otherwise, I was very happy with the quick response from Jessica and her willingness to work with me and help me buy the kind of car I was looking for. More

When we entered the dealership, Jessica came out to introduce herself and offer assistance if needed. She was knowledgeable about the Ford Focus and financing and she answered the questions we had. She then let us take a test drive with a Ford Focus and she found one on the lot for us that met our requirements. We decided to purchase the Ford Focus she found for us. Jessica was very thorough explaining the features of the car, syncing my phone, and taking care of us from start to finish. I have been taking my company vehicles to Alan in the service department for quite a while now. I always have a strict dead line for the extensive work to be completed, and Alan makes it happen. He calls any time something changes, or just to keep me updated. When I talk to him I never get that feeling that he is feeding me a bunch of crap to get more money. He is very straight forward, and if he doesn't know an answer he doesn't try to make one up. It is because of Alan that I will continue going to Longmont Ford for any work that I need done! More

We drove from Grand Junction, CO to purchase a Toyota Rav4, we had planned to spend as many days on the Front range as needed, since the selection there is much better than on the Western Slope.
