Initially buying the vehicle from them was an unpleasant experience where the salesmen was disrespectful and wouldn’t listen or couldn’t understand anything I tried to say. No conversations. The more recent maintenance and repairs experience was average. Providing Ubers to and from the dealership is excellent, but communication was very poor. No time estimation was given, though the task was very achievable within half a day, so I expected to pick up same day. Wrong. Close of day and I never heard anything from them, about progress or availability for pick up. I had to call and have a salesmen go find out what was going on, and the vehicle was incomplete and the tech had gone home. Mid-morning the next day I received the text that I could pick it up, which was a good experience like dropping it off. More
