He didn't say hi, how are you, how can we help you today.. no pleasantries at all, just do you have an appointment? When I said no, he replied "Jesus, you have to have an appointment. This dealership sold me a used vehicle that has nothing but problems not even a month later. The warranty i purchased has been covering some items but not all. I went to a different dealership to see if i can just trade it in and get a different car but according to that dealership and kelly blue book, my vehicle has lost HALF its value. I purchased from Mike Maroon South and the used car sales manager ANDREW completely SCAMMED ME and lied directly to me. I am already poor and barely surviving and now I have a vehicle i haven't owned very long that has me over 18k in the hole. I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime. This dealership it beyond the WORST i have ever experienced in my life. STAY FAR FAR FAR away! This situation that ANDREW has put me in has caused me to feel incredibly depressed, frustrated, worried, and angry. Buying a vehicle from this dealership is definitely one of my biggest regrets in my life so far. More

Carl pushed getting my purge valve replaced in my car. I had an appointment on February 4th, 2023, Saturday @0700, that I set 2 weeks prior with Mike Tolvich. I was to drop my car off Friday night and drop my keys in the drop box, which I did. I also called Friday morning @1000 to confirm my appointment. I spoke with Mike, on the phone, and he said he wasn't working Saturday on top of telling me that he forgot about my appointment and was not even aware. I set that appointment with him in person. (Why would you tell a customer that anyways?? Especially the customer who has come to you for years??). Mike said Carl would be working Saturday and he would relay the information to Carl. Come to find out, Mike did not tell Carl because when I called at 1030 in the morning on Saturday to check on my car...Carl says he had no idea about my appointment and that Mike didn't tell him anything....(Shouldn't it be in the computer??!!! I received several email reminders!!! How was it that no one was aware of my "all day appointment"!!!) Carl said he would see what he can do, and would get back to me. Carl got it handled, last minute. Carl got my car serviced in less than 3 hours. I picked up my car around 1430. I was extremely upset of how Mike handled the situation. I have been servicing my car there since 2014 and do not appreciate how I get blown off by Mike. This is not the first time Mike has treated me like I'm not important enough for his time for years. I thank God that Carl was able to take care of me. He is a really good person and has great communication skills. THANK YOU CARL! I apologize for going off on you because of Mike's carelessness. I will be handling my car with you from now on. Thank you!! More

This rating is for Cherish in the title department. It had been months dealing with the salesman to get title. Vehicle would be registered in MI for a young soldier. I really wish we had chosen a different dealership to work with because our experience with Mike Maroone Chevrolet South has been a nightmare. We leased a Chevy Bolt EUV and we were told that they would work with because our experience with Mike Maroone Chevrolet South has been a nightmare. We leased a Chevy Bolt EUV and we were told that they would pay $1000 towards getting a car charger installed. Then after we lease the car, then they came back with a quote that even after the $1000 was going to be over $4000! And we weren't allowed to find our own electrician and have it installed if we wanted them to pay that $1000. We should have been given that quote before we ever leased it, not long after so we end up with this surprise expense that was insane. We found our own electrician and had it installed for less than $500. How they came up with the insane quote they did, I have no idea but it smells of a serious scam to me! Then we were told that if we didn't want to take advantage of the $1000 for getting a charger installed with their electrician, we would get a $500 gift card for using at EV charging stations. Just a couple days shy of 2 months after we leased the car, we still have not been able to get the card and every time I contact them about it, I just get the run around. And if that wasn't bad enough, our temp tags expire in 2 days and we have yet to get anything from the county to say our title is ready so we can go get it and plates even though Mike Maroone says they got a letter saying it was. They promised us that we would receive another set of temp tags if we hadn't heard from the county about things being ready but apparently since they heard from them, that isn't going to happen. Another broken promise. There was also some highly suspect behavior when it came to the financing too that I'm not going to go into like having us sign all the paperwork before we would even be told what our payments would even be. I would highly discourage anyone from getting a vehicle from Mike Maroone unless you too want to get screwed. More
Last Monday was one of the most positive experiences I’ve had at MM- South. I was allowed to talk to the mechanic, Parker Green, and show him my concerns before any person drive my car out if the service wa had at MM- South. Parker Green is an exceptional mechanic who performed the necessary maintenance and repairs. He took time to re-set the computer and to advise me further about the concerns I’d brought to him. I did not feel rushed, and the man who took my payment was kind when I asked questions. I hope the future brings more positiveness like I experienced a week ago. More
If you’re military and have a family, save yourself the trouble from getting ripped off. They’re Beyond unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and to top it off I now have a busted vehicle that I’ve been as trouble from getting ripped off. Dropped my car off at 830am for an oil change tire rotation and spark plug chane. At 4pm they called and said they didn't have the parts and that I would have to bring my car back.
