I had purchased my car at your dealership. I had lost a piece of molding on the windshield, which flew off while driving on I-95. I tried to have fixed cheaply going to many places, unsuccessfully. Then I went to your dealership as I purchased the car there originally. Vicki took me to Ron, who found the unusual part on his computer and ordered the part. It came in quickly, and I was called when it came in. I drove to the dealership, and I do not live nearby and was on the way out of town for the holidays, and they had my car fixed quickly. I was very pleased with the whole experience and will come back next time I have a car need. More
When my wife went in for the 15000 mile check up and she was offered the 400$ package. She thought that she needed the 400$ package to keep up the warranty. At this time, 400$ for a checkup just could not b was offered the 400$ package. She thought that she needed the 400$ package to keep up the warranty. At this time, 400$ for a checkup just could not be done. I went back in and told them that all I wanted was the oil change and tire rotation, under 70$. They changed the order but did not seem to happy about it. I called the dealership the next day and talked to Kelly, the head of maintance, to see just what I needed to have done to keep my warranty up to date. Kelly was very nice and told me that what I was doing was just fine,and that if more was need done, he would tell me just what I needed at 30000 and 45000 miles to keep the car safe to drive and keep the warranty up, but not send me to the poor house. I have a 7 year old truck and after we pay this car off this year, it is my turn to get somthing new. After the little misdirection this time with the 400$ package,this dealership would not be in the top 2 or 3 places to buy a new car. I am not saying they did anything REALLY wrong, but my wife will never trust them not to try to sell her something she does not really need. But after talking to Kelly, This Dealership just went back to the top of my list. My wife still will not ever turn the car in for the checkup, More
I have been coming to Mike Erdman Cadillac for service many years and I have no qualms at any time working with Vicki Finder as my advisor. Miss Finder is very pleasant and friendly. I have not been asked many years and I have no qualms at any time working with Vicki Finder as my advisor. Miss Finder is very pleasant and friendly. I have not been asked to do any additional service on my Cadillac that I did not initiate. I would like to compliment Mike Erdman Cadillac on the new waiting area close to the service area. This new location adds another reason I can pass the time more pleasantly waiting for my vehicle to return. More
I did not purchase my vechile at Mike Erdman's but have had it serviced with them since the very first oil change about three years ago. From day one I have worked with Vicki Finder a customer service man had it serviced with them since the very first oil change about three years ago. From day one I have worked with Vicki Finder a customer service manager who has always proven to be extremely professional and forthright. She certainly is a valuable asset to the dealership in building good customer relationships. Since my experiences have always been very positive I would not hesitate when looking for my next vechile to see what their sales department has to offer. More
Both people I dealt with in the body shop (Wilma and Cynthia) were rude and unpolite. I work in customer service myself and understand the importance of dealing with and retaining customers. I know they also had to deal with my insurance company, which may not have been pleasant. However that should not have been a reflection on the way they treated me. I was very unsatisfied with their attitudes and would not give them any business in the future, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. I took my vehicle to them assuming they would provide quality workmanship as the OEM, they did not do any sort of explaination as to the work performed and didn't even show me where my car was when I came to pick it up. I couldn't be more displeased. More
Billy Stevens, service department, is exceptional. Billy is professional and personable. He is has always been there to help me out in my predictaments(nails in my tires) although the cost to repair seemed is professional and personable. I was dreading looking for a new car. But Charlie Hodge and the staff made this a very pleasurable. They have definately made me a customer for life and didn't just sell me a car. The autobody department was extremely helpful and very kind. I brought our teenagers' car in to replace the bumper, fix a ding on the hood and buff the headlamp covers. The car was finished on time and they arranged to have their courtesy van pick me up and bring me to the shop. When I looked for the car in the parking lot I couldn't even identify it because it looked so new. All the employees I dealt with were friendly and professional. More
This dealership will LIE and try to RIP YOU OFF!!! I was interested in a 370z 40th Anniversary model but their salesman Dan Davis said they didn't have in stock but will get it in for me. I went to Truecar.com to find out what a good price for that car is selling for, and Dan actually offered me a great price. He just need a $1000 deposit to get the car. I know I have great credit, so I told him that I will get my own financing to pay for the car, and will not use their finance department. He understood and actually gave me some advice as to which banks to go to for the best rates. We did a lot of communication via cell phone text messaging. So, with the price of the car and the method of payment agreed upon, I wrote them a check for $1000. They were able to get the car in that same day, which surprised me, since I haven't had the chance to get me own financing. But I agreed to see what their finance guy can offer, and if it's comparable to what I can get elsewhere, I was willing to finance thru them. Their finance guy offered me some crazy high interest rates, so I kindly decline and advised them I'll get my own financing and come back in a few days. Then they threw me a shocker! They said I HAD to finance thru them in order to get the car at the price they offered. I was stunned. I specifically told Dan that I wanted to get my OWN financing before I gave them a check for $1000, but now that they have my money, they CHANGED the agreement. I've been hustled! They had full intention of getting their profit back from the high interest rates of their own financing. When I walked out of their dealership, they didn't even stop me and try to work something out, because they just gained $1000. Or so they thought. I quickly put a Stop Payment on that check so they couldn't cash it. Days went by and I never heard from them, because they probably were happy and laughing that they were able to scam someone out of $1000 without selling a single thing. Once they realized I put a Stop Payment on that check, their General Sales Manager John Santerfeit called me. The first thing he said was threaten to turn me over to the DA for stealing $1000 from them. Seriously?? He didn't even try to talk to me in a civilized manner and work things out, he just straight up threaten me. But I agreed to come back into the dealership and talk to Dan and John and see what they had to say. Dan said he told me that I had to use their financing. I said I told him I wanted to get my own financing. Of course John believed Dan. Luckily, I had records of text messages between me and Dan which proved my point, that I was telling the truth, that Dan knew how I wanted to finance the car. But John even had the audacity to say that those text messages didn't prove anything. At that point I have had enough. I told him he can do whatever he wants, turn me in to the DA, whatever. I wanted the contact info to Mr Mike Erdman, to advised him of my situation, which John refused to give me because he knew he would be screwed. I threatened to contact ABC, NBC, CBS news to let them know that their dealership runs an unethical operation. And, because i own a business in a mall next to their dealership, I told them that I would put up signs at my store which will read "Mike Erdman Nissan tried to rip me off" for all mall customers to see, 11 hours a day, 7 days a week. They can try to get $1000 from me, but I will make them lose hundreds of thousands, if not millions, in sales by what I can do. We'll see what happens. More
