Horrible experience Bought a 2016 Ford F-150 in October 2016. Had smoke coming from tailpipe. They had my truck 17 days still not fixed but had more issues when it was Bought a 2016 Ford F-150 in October 2016. Had smoke coming from tailpipe. They had my truck 17 days still not fixed but had more issues when it was returned to me. Sent it in the second time they had it for 30 days got it back and still have the same issue but now it is worse. I have bought two cars from Mike Casstruci MIlford and the truck from the Alexandria store. Due to their service not only will never service my truck there, I will never purchase another vehicle from them. It has been excuse after excuse. They think because I have a courtesy car why should I be complaining. That is always the first response. You have a car right? I am not paying for a courtesy car I am paying for the truck I purchased. I just wanted my truck fixed for the first issue it was brought in for. Absolute worst service department I have ever seen. I hope they enjoy losing loyal customers because this loyal customer will never deal with them again at any level. More

Poor response following purchase We're very pleased with our "new" used MKC. Our salesman Nick was very patient and helpful communicating with me thru email for almost a week while I considered which MKC I wanted. We drove up from Louisville & once I chose my MKC, Nick and crew got the financIng set up & we were back on our way in record time. All-in-all it was an easy & pleasant experience. And best of all, we believe we got the car for a very fair price. HOWEVER; we were promised a new key fob and touch-up paint for the MKC we purchased. That was in July 2017. It is now the middle of October and we have not received either. Our salesman now doesn't seem to have time to get this resolved. More

Worst service. Service representatives are rude. I will never buy another Ford again because of the service I received and the fact that it took over a year to get a Service representatives are rude. Our first contact at the dealership was Mike Routt, who spent much quality time with us, showing us cars and explaining features of the model we had chosen, in his very down to earth and sincere manner. He appraised our trade-in and worked with us on financing, and when we thought we were all set, we asked about the possibility of getting the color we wanted with an additional option at a higher cost. Without knowing for sure if we would go with the more expensive model, he worked to make that model available to us and provided comparison pricing. Other car-buying experiences have left me wondering if it was the right deal, or sorry that I didn't get the opportunity to ask all the "what-if" questions that I wanted to. But after working with Mike, I felt we made absolutely the right choice in make, model and dealership. Definitely the best car-buying experience ever! More

Love my car! ended up at Alexandria Ford after getting frustrated with a sales person at Beechmont Ford who wasn't very good about returning phone calls or gettin ended up at Alexandria Ford after getting frustrated with a sales person at Beechmont Ford who wasn't very good about returning phone calls or getting back with me with answers to a couple of questions. Ended up with Mike and had the complete opposite experience (thank goodness!). He pretty much knew everything I asked about except 1 question which he got back me same day and he returned my 2 calls within about an hour of me leaving a message. Totally made the drive worth it More
