Mike Routt is a great asset to Castrucci Ford in Alexandria. We first met Mike when we bought 2 new cars from him a few years ago. Never have i once bought a car off a lot. But this first experience was the best. I had two sales people working together to help not only find me the perfect car but make sure they could get me in it same experience was the best. He was very kind and helpful and helped me purchase my first car! For a first time at a dealership, It went so much faster than I pictured. I was in and driving home to Ohio in right over an hour. When we got into financing, Jeff made sure I understood everything! It might be an hour away from my home city, but it was COMPLETELY worth driving to. It was also very easy for me to fill out Ohio paperwork, as I figured I’d have a harder time than that being out of state. Thank you all for making my car dreams come true!! More
