Never have i once bought a car off a lot. But this first experience was the best. I had two sales people working together to help not only find me the perfect car but make sure they could get me in it same experience was the best. He was very kind and helpful and helped me purchase my first car! For a first time at a dealership, It went so much faster than I pictured. I was in and driving home to Ohio in right over an hour. When we got into financing, Jeff made sure I understood everything! It might be an hour away from my home city, but it was COMPLETELY worth driving to. It was also very easy for me to fill out Ohio paperwork, as I figured I’d have a harder time than that being out of state. Thank you all for making my car dreams come true!! More

Overall good experience buying my SUV. Britt was not pushy at all and allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles until i found the right fit for me. The only complaint I have is nobody has gotten back to me about my spare key they were supposed to be looking for, as well as the navigation system that is not working. Looking back on the paper work I signed with finance, I signed a paper about key protection, and the only way that they are able to sell me key protection is if I have atleast 2 keys. I only have my one. So this is frustrating because I live 45 minutes away and I can’t just swing by and bug them about finding my spare key as well as fixing my navigation. More
