Great dealership. Take my car there for any maintenance that I need. Always greet me with a smile. The last time I was there I had asked for a tire rotation. Not sure, but I don't think it happened. Sunday: Everyone at the dealership was nice but right now we are stranded on I35 with a blown engine waiting on a tow service and can’t get a hold of anyone to help us. This is not good experience. At this point and time I am very upset and want to cry, actually I did cry. I hope the tow service shows up soon. Thank goodness for Triple AAA. UPDATE: Next day Monday. We showed up at Midwest first thing this morning and they were very concerned over what happened yesterday and willing to help get the situation taken care of. We were able to receive a loaner vehicle ASAP and I am waiting to hear back from them on the situation with my vehicle. I’ve been to Midwest 4 times in the past week and a half and have talked to them several times on the phone, they are very pleasant to work with. I will finish the review when everything is finalized. Thank you for everything you have done so far. More
