Excellent experience, has been that way since we bought our first car at Midwest 13 years ago. We have now purchased 2 cars from Midwest and drive the hour from Wichita to Hutch to have them serviced, we our first car at Midwest 13 years ago. We always use Midwest for our car maintenance. Today was for oil change. Jim Turner is always so helpful and caring. The courtesy car was a blessing as I was able to leave my car in good hands while I was for oil change. Jim Turner is always so helpful and caring. Jim Turner is the biggest single reason we have purchased 4 Toyotas in the past 15 years. I drive from Wichita to Hutch for service because Jim takes such good care of me.
