We were traveling from Michigan and had a transmission problem. Mike from service answered our phone call and told us to come in and they would work us in. Two hours later we were back on the road and the problem. Mike from service answered our phone call and told us to come in and they would work us in. Two hours later we were back on the road and the transmission has been working great ever since. Midway is a great dealership with very friendly staff!! And best of all there was no bill because it was warranty work. More
I scheduled an oil change and wheel rotation and the oil change was completed but the wheel rotation was not. Service advisor said the tech could not find the wheel lock key so he just didn’t do it and went change was completed but the wheel rotation was not. Service advisor said the tech could not find the wheel lock key so he just didn’t do it and went onto the next job. I was annoyed because they knew I was in the lobby so why couldn’t the advisor or tech just come and ask me or they could have called me and asked where it was instead of just skipping it….. More

Next, they thought I was dumb enough to spend $50 on a $6 filter. I told them I would buy it on Amazon. They didn't put the old filter back in. They threw a black plastic piece on the floor that went into the glovebox. They never put a sticker on my windshield telling me the milage for the next oil change. Then they tried selling me tires when I just bought tires 2 weeks before. I told the salesman and mechanic I would NEVER come back. POOR DEALERSHIP! More
Hi, My wife and I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado High Country on 1-29-22 and for me to take the time to write a review is enough to be concerned about the level of service provided by this dealershi High Country on 1-29-22 and for me to take the time to write a review is enough to be concerned about the level of service provided by this dealership. I will say, they were not pushy at all although I had already done my research by this time and knew what we wanted. However, after deciding on a vehicle there were some requests made that were not met and we found out about these afterwards, and a couple other items. See below: - They did not check our tag and just simply replaced it with the vehicle we traded in. This required us to follow up and request an expedited 60 day tag to be mailed because our vehicles registration was close to being due. They should have provided one when we purchased it but failed to check this. -We requested that the engine bay and chassis of the vehicle be power washed because it was clear the previous owner traveled frequently on dirt/gravel roads. They said they did and it was clear after arriving home they did not as mud, gravel, sand were caked underneath the vehicle. We spent $40+ power washing this ourselves. They did not even attempt to clean this properly for a resale, nor clean it after we asked them to. -The engine oil fil level was overfilled and after purchasing and continuing to look things over, we drained approximately 1 quart of oil out of the pan before it returned within range. What kind of service department allows this to happen? What can this do to a warranty? We are not mechanically illiterate. -The sales rep was more concerned about attending a sporting event and didn't even ask us for the title upon trading in and purchasing a vehicle. This was in an envelope we brought along and didn't realize we still had it until about an hour after we left the dealership so we brought it back with no issues. -We placed a deposit to keep the vehicle until we made a decision. This was for $500 on a credit card and we provided all the information. The sales rep never ran the card and the dealership still had the audacity to call us and request for it 1 week after purchase after little to no room for movement on their price. -There is major evidence of pitting and chips on the paint which we requested to be touched up. There was little evidence that they performed this either (mostly on the rear quarter panels). -The inside of the vehicle was poorly detailed. It was clear that kids had been in the backseat and grit/grime was apparent on most surfaces. Is this common practice for reselling vehicles? We asked multiple things, they told us they did them sufficiently, they lied to our faces. Therefore, by all means we will not be dealing with Midway Motors in the future. More
