Dishonest service department We bought a GMC Sierra Denali 3500 at another dealership but live in Newton so we service it in Newton. Since I am the principle driver, I am the one We bought a GMC Sierra Denali 3500 at another dealership but live in Newton so we service it in Newton. Since I am the principle driver, I am the one dealing with the service manager and I'm female which doesn't seem to set well with the service manager. First time I brought it in because the steering wheel was becoming more and more "loose" and I didn't have control of the truck. He said nothing was wrong with it, "just getting broken in" and dismissed me. Next day I demanded they look at it more thoroughly and they found a nut in the steering column was coming loose!! First oil change they rotated tires but when we drove to Indiana to pick up our 5th wheel, we quickly realized they didn't readjust the air pressure!! I called and talked with the service manager. He could care less and argued that he asked the mechanic and was assured it was adjusted. Then why was it 80lbs in front and 60lbs in back? Later I took it in for another oil change and when I picked it up, I specifically asked if they adjusted the tire pressure after the rotation. The mechanic said yes and told me it was 80lb in back and 60lb in front. I went home and checked and it was 80lb in front and 60lb in back. I went back to the service manager and he didn't really care. He response was, "do you want me to go out and show you how to check the pressure?" Very condescending. He said he trusts the mechanics and if they say they checked, then they did. I asked for the general manager and spoke with John. He listened to me and confirmed the tires were incorrect. He apologized for the service manager. Thankfully, we are moving and I don't have to ever go back in there!! More

He was very good about searching for the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase and delivered spot on for what I wanted. He was very pleasant in the negotiating process didn't press hard and worked with numbers for both of us to feel good about final price. I liked the way he wanted to make the process civil and friendly no pressure take your time we will find the truck you want. Well he did and I'm extremely pleased for all the work he put into it to find what I wanted. I would highly recommend Chris for anyone and their dealership to work with it has been very rewarding for our family. More
Couldn't have been easier! I bought a used Ford F 150 from them and I must say it didn't even feel like I was buying a vehicle. Chris was exceptional! Worst Customer Service.....EVER!!! Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. The two people we worked with did not keep us in the loop, we had to constantly call them and the Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. The two people we worked with did not keep us in the loop, we had to constantly call them and they seemed uninterested in helping us. I understand people get busy but a simple courtesy call goes a long way and it would have been appreciated. Each time my husband called to find out where we were with our situation they seemed bored by the whole thing. They treated us as if we were a major inconvenience, kept giving us the run around and acted like they were just having a lazy day in the park and they were in no rush to get up from their fun in the sun. Then on top of that they lied to us about a car being brought down from another dealership. They told us, "It's on it's way right now, so it should be here in about an hour. We will call you when it gets here." - We NEVER received a call. Come to find out, it NEVER left the other facility. The two people we worked with is why car dealerships get the bum raps they do. Just BAD business all around and I would NOT recommend this particular dealership to anyone. On a good note - After 4 days, yes 4, of dealing with them we went to someone else and everything was taken care of in one day. The next person we went to was kind, courteous, eager for our business and ready to make a deal. He not only worked with us, he worked for us - the way it should be! More
