Joe asked what we were looking for and then led us to EXACTLY the vehicle we were looking for...a gorgeous 2017 Ford Expedition! We still weren't ready to buy on the spot but Joe worked super hard to get us to a deal we felt comfortable and confidant with and we pulled the trigger. There were pricier vehicles on the lot...we knew that because we'd already visited the web site and done our research...Joe didn't pressure us at all into trying to buy those pricier trucks.... in fact, Joe is the exact opposite of a pressure guy...he's friendly and funny and it kind of felt like I was hanging out with a guy we'd known for years. By the way....there wasn't anther Expedition within 300 miles with a better price than Midway...I LOVE THE NO HAGGLE PRICING!! hope Joe never retires because I've certainly found my forever car guy!
