Terrible experience. I traveled 2 hours to come get a truck I had been searching for. Multiple employees saying different things through out the end of the deal. I was told the truck would be gone through by the in house shop before I came and got it. I picked it up and got on the highway and It pulled horribly to the right which is one thing I let the salesman know about before I went through with the vehicle. On my way home a light came on for a low fluid that they were supposed to have topped off. I called back to get the alignment issue fixed AGAIN and the owner told me I shouldn’t have taken it home that night when I notice and I have to bring the truck back. Not so easy to do when you live 2 hours away, spent $150 on an uber to come get it and would have to leave work early to make it there at there convince and spend more of my money because they never did what they said they were going to do! Then I took out an extended warranty with them, clarified with the in house finance guy, and the owner that since the truck was being sold with aftermarket suspension parts that they would be covered in what I was paying for. The owner told me he was going to check with the rep from the company and then proceeded to tell me yes all good! COMPLETE LIES!!!! I had a part go bad, went through the warranty company for the repair, and got denied on every part of it because of the after market parts. Exactly what I asked when I was sitting in his office and was lied to and now this warranty they sold me on that i’ve been paying for monthly is completely USELESS. I would not recommend this dealer, the warranty, the salesman, the manager, or doing any sort of business with these guys to my worst enemy. Oh and the shop, the alignment was awful, closed to dangerous then safe. I was fully taken advantage of by them. No No No stay far away! And yes, I read all the good reviews too and was happy going into it and now i’m left here writing this. More

I believe this dealership is turning things around for the better. I drove from out of state to buy a car and they stayed late for me, cleaned up the car pretty well and accommodated me in numerous ways i the better. I drove from out of state to buy a car and they stayed late for me, cleaned up the car pretty well and accommodated me in numerous ways including helping with a solution for license plates. They even comped me a couple hundred dollars for anew brakes despite them having a good bit of life left. I think they are a reasonable optio0n for a dealership and I do recommend them. Don't expect the most polite people in the world but they did indeed create a referable experience. More
