If I could give my experience with Big Joe 10 stars I would. From the second I walked in the dealership I immediately felt like family. We talked not only about the car I was interested in, but also about documentaries, favorite bars and restaurants, family life, pets, and life in general during these odd times. big Joe made me feel like family from the second I walked in, and not only that, he took the car I was interested in, got everything cleaned/detailed, completed the paperwork, got new plates and stickers, and even filled up the gas tank so I could take that car home 6 hours later. I’ve never experienced that level of customer service, and I‘ve been in the hospitality industry my whole life. This is truly the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car and it’s all thanks to Big Joe. I’ll remember this for years to come and definitely will be recommending all my family and friends see him when they need they need a new vehicle. More

I left the dealership empty handed but was told that I would be notified if anything similar to what i was looking for was to became available. well as soon as the deal for the car i first looked at fell through, i was notified asap and was able to set up everything. now I have the car I wanted, thanks to the people of midway.
