Bill was incredible through the entire buying process. I'll admit, I felt horrible that we took two long weeks to finally decide to purchase our vehicle, but he was incredibly patient. He checked in with us throughout those weeks but never incessantly hounded us, which was absolutely appreciated. He didn't beat around the bush when it came time to talk price and was very reasonable. Also, the way he included our young children in conversations was great. In Boston for appointments and traveled south to the dealership to view a 2014 Outback 3.6R Limited. Located the car on the lot and was very impressed with the overall condition of the vehicle... until dealership to view a 2014 Outback 3.6R Limited. Located the car on the lot and was very impressed with the overall condition of the vehicle... until we conducted a test drive with a check engine light and brake warning light illuminated (on a car that had just been serviced in their shop). If you buy there do have it checked elsewhere. More
