Was frustrated with car shopping and stopped in as a last stop on my way home. The process was easy, Francisco was helpful and they took care of my concerns. addressing some body work I wanted touch up befor stop on my way home. I researched the Explorer on Carfax and have been happy since my purchase. I had some problems with the SUV 6 months after the purchase which were covered under the warranty I bought from Midway. I’ve owned the car for less than a month. I have gone back to the service center 4 times to have the same tire pressure issue fixed and every time that they’ve claimed to fix it they have not I have gone back to the service center 4 times to have the same tire pressure issue fixed and every time that they’ve claimed to fix it they have not (on top of all of the other little things I’ve noticed that has been wrong with the vehicle that they conveniently covered up before it was purchased) definitely will not be recommending this place to anyone.
