Purchased my 2nd car from them last year. They beat price on every dealer same make/model/mileage & on value of trade in. I also purchased an extended warranty which I’d recommend doing. Last I used warranty coverage, Initially there was some miscommunication between service /sales & I was charged incorrectly but MIKE rectified the issue & provided good customer service. In less than 15 minutes …he corrected the discrepancy & apologized for the mistake. great dealership i said it at purchase about sales & I’ll say it 1 yr later for customer service. Overall they care about their customer & rarely is that the case in 2023 !!!! More

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Horrible communication to the point of flat out lying. I can’t tell if it was incompetence or just being rude and untruthful. If you are not on top of them, you won’t even get information about what is going on with the vehicle you purchased and you will wait far longer then necessary to pick it up. And the 60 day warranty that they have to uphold is a joke. If you need something, be prepared to wait multiple weeks for a part that another dealer can get in 24 hours. I would not recommend this place to anyone and after this experience, I will certainly not be going back. More
