Always a pleasure!! On one gorgeous fall day, I happened to be a lucky New Englander and go to the Patriots game!! The game was great up until half time when I received a text message from my aunt with a photo of my car under a fallen tree. My heart sank!!! I just bought this car at the end of March 2016 at Midway Automotive. I LOVED that vehicle. I decided to just put it in the back of my mind thinking I just needed a little repair work and the car would be good as new in a few weeks. After the adjustor came to look at the vehicle he called me from his office to tell me the bad news, " I'm sorry but the Enclave is totaled" I was in SHOCK!! So sad and heart broken. I drove it for a few days in complete denial and even went for a second opinion. After accepting the reality of it all, I went back to the old faithful Midway Automotive. I knew they were the only dealership that would make this nightmare a little less scary. I reached out to them and spoke with Bob Hurley, he was very compassionate and assured me everything was going to be ok. A few hours later, I spoke with David Bingham on the phone, and he too assured me that anything that I needed help with to get the ball rolling, he would be right there to assist me.. This call was also followed up with a call from friendly Frank Henry to save the day. So, I went in the very next afternoon. I told them I had my heart set on getting another Enclave and they had one ready for me to test out the second I walked in the door to talk to them. I sat with Frank , who was very accommodating and made my 7 year old son feel back at home. I never imagined that I would be driving an even better model than what I had. Bob, Frank, and David made this a very quick, painless and smooth transition. These three guys are AMAZING and will ALWAYS have my business. A++++ for Midway Automotive! More
