Amazing experience, incredible service My dad spent a very long time searching for the "right" truck. He ended up driving around and finding Midway Automotive almost by chance. His salesman, Ralph Larkin, made the experience incredibly easy. We were in and out in a matter of a couple of hours and took his new Tundra home. He was thrilled. He then realized that we were missing the spare tire and were worried that there was nothing we could do since we were already off the lot. Ralph was AMAZING. He immediately ordered a replacement tire, kept in constant contact with us throughout the process to make sure we knew where we stood and today we picked up the spare and they found an extra set of keys for the truck to boot. Buying a used car is a leap of faith, having a dealership and salesman that stand behind the cars they sell is the most important part of the process. We couldn't be happier and will send friends and family to Ralph and Midway Automotive whenever given the opportunity. Thank you so much!!!!! More

Considerate and customer friendly I recently had gotten a great job after months of being out of work. A few months in at this great new job, my Jeep's engine needed so much work, that I recently had gotten a great job after months of being out of work. A few months in at this great new job, my Jeep's engine needed so much work, that it was not worth it to hopefully fix the engine. After a month and a half of trying to find rides, sometimes being dropped off 2 hrs before I had to work, I heard of a great guy who could help me out. "Big Joe" is not just a great salesman he is a great individual. I dreaded going to a dealership because of past experiences where they try and sell you what they want to. Big Joe however, listens to his customers and after trying out a smaller truck, he knew what I really wanted was a full size truck. He went out of his way to find me a full size truck that was in better shape and a better price. He really knows how to listen to his customers and wants to help out. He wasn't just given the top spot he has had to make a name for himself and knows the hardship. I am greatly appreciative of what Big Joe has done for me, and I will never forget it. More
