After about 3 failed visits to other dealerships in our area we headed over to Midway which was recommended to me by a coworker. What a relieving experience. We were greeted by Lino Azul. Super friendly and bent over backwards to make things comfortable for us both. Never once felt like we were being sold. He asked what we were looking for and showed us the options he had for us. We were greeted by a salesman and then walked into the office. My husband recognized Charles, another salesman whom he purchased from in the past. The first salesman we met handed us over to Charles because he felt it was appropriate. I found that very nice. He didn't have to do that. Charles was AWESOME. We test drove our new vehicle and we were in it the next day. Great service. More

Great Experience Used Car Shopping We recently went Used Car Shopping at Midway Motors and had a very positive experience. First let me say they have a huge selection of used cars and We recently went Used Car Shopping at Midway Motors and had a very positive experience. First let me say they have a huge selection of used cars and trucks in many price ranges and models. We were very pleased with a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. After several discussion, we did in fact purchase a used truck and they couldn't have been more accommodating. We even did our financing through them and they did everything for us!! I would highly recommend anyone who is in the marked for a used auto or truck to visit them and allow them to help you find exactly what you are looking for in the price range that is right for you. Please read this review I purchased my vehicle there less than three months ago. The dealer I dealt with did not know much about the inventory. I had asked a few questions ab I purchased my vehicle there less than three months ago. The dealer I dealt with did not know much about the inventory. I had asked a few questions about the vehicles features and he did not know them. Within the first month I had brought it in for an issue and with the warranty I paid $100 Out of pocket. Its been a little over another month and had to bring it back again. I was told that the transmission needed to be replaced. The warranty company that they deal with sent someone out to look at it and they are not replacing it. They said they wanted them to do "maintenance" on it and maintenance is not covered under the warranty. It will now cost me $400 out of pocket. In less than 3 months I've paid an extra $500 out of pocket and instead of fixing the issue the warranty company they deal with is slapping a bandaid on the issue and I will most likely have to bring it back again. More
