My wife started the interaction but after a week, she asked me to take over. He could not communicate with my wife without getting angry. At the end, they blamed 2 tires from a tire store for my vehicle asked me to take over. He could not communicate with my wife without getting angry. At the end, they blamed 2 tires from a tire store for my vehicle shaking. I told them that the internet says the foam in the factory tires causes the shaking. He disagreed, so I asked him to save me the tire store tires so I could get a refund from Hibdon. I mean I picked up my car, the shaking was gone. Which tires did I find in the car so I could take them to get a refund- the factory tires he said were fine and the foam was loose... He left the tire store tires on my car. My wife and I were right all along but how do you tell that to a person that treats you like an idiot. More
We bought our KIA on 5/9. Engine light came on Monday 5/18. We took it in on Tuesday 5/20. They said it was fixed so we picked it up on 5/21. Engine light came back on the next time it was driven on 5/22 and because of the Holiday we could not bring it in until Tuesday 5/26. Today they tell us they don't know when the part will be in. Another weekend without a car!! Not trying to be difficult but I have never had similar experience with buying a car before. On top of all that they have not been very friendly. Basically because of these issues we have not be able to drive the car 10 days out of 20 that we have owned it and it's going to cost us $500+. Very disappointed!! More
