Regrettably visited this dealership after browsing online on 2/17/23 and got a call from Carson to stop by the next day. I had 2 other appointments lined up but suckered into this crappy place after being there for 6 whole hours. Purchasing a new vehicle should be an exciting time, right??!!! HAHA, well WRONG! I am so disgusted with Midtown from the transferring of my salesman to NOW, which isn't the end!! My contract was falsified; paperwork was transferred from hand-to-hand and had to get new copies of things; I was promised a full detail, oil change and new tires (NOPE, didn't get it before I left the lot and STILL haven't), I was placed with a horrible financing company-- obviously I couldn't be approved on my own, so they added my Mom who was supposed to be the CO-SIGNER as the BUYER & it totally made NO difference in the interest rate or payments although her credit is much better than mine; they sent the "wrong" contract to the bank; they listed my Mother as the owner of MY trade-in; ECT!! I am a single mother and I saved up my down payment to get a more reliable vehicle but instead I got trapped into a deeper financial cult. These people do not provide financial education--they're only out to make the SALE. This has been a nightmare since 2/18/23---I dread waking up every morning because I have to deal with the uncertainty of what the day will bring with Mid-town Kia. I just want my down payment and my trade back so that I can find a reliable vehicle from some who truly CARES and I can get to my kids games and competitions!! I pray that this is over soon....VERY SOON!! I AM SO EMOTIONALLY AND MENTALLY DRAINED, and trying to stay sane at work everyday! More
Took my car in for an oil change in September of 2022 and it came out with a crease in the rocker panel from the tech putting my car on the lift in the wrong spot. Dealership ordered a new one, after I pointed out the issue, and said they would call me when it came in and got painted. I never received a call and checked on part when I took my car for its next oil change and was told that the part was sent back........TWICE. It's now 3-3-23 and my part is ready to install and they can't put it on unless it's M-F. I'm not happy with having to take off from work in order for this dealership to fix something they messed up. If you bring your car here, check it over before leaving! More

Do not understand why it would take 10 days to diagnose a vehicle. If this was my business, I would have a technician doing diagnostics only. Which they charged me for anyway. Notice issue with car within 1st week, tried to get it in for service. They advised it would be over 1 month before they could get me in. Then they notified me of a recall that should have been disclosed at time of purchase or fixed before I took ownership! More
