We had to call a tow truck because our vehicle was just sitting in your lot. We towed it to a different facility. We bought the K900 for $26k cash in August 2022 from midtown and we bought an extended warranty. We only had the car for 8 months when the car told us to get it serviced. It actually spoke to us. We towed it to your lot right afterwards where it just sat for 35 days. Now I know why. We need a new cylinder head. $4900 worth of repairs for a car we just bought from your lot. I have receipts. If the warranty company refuses to pay there is going to be problems. Why didn't your company stop us from towing it to another lot? You didn't hesitate to get the car ready to tow. Then the tow driver couldn't access the vehicle because the car in front of it had a dead battery from sitting to long.
