Our Kia Dealership has always been superior to other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past. Every employee I’ve been in contact with go above and beyond to treat me like a guest in their home. Othe dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past. Every employee I’ve been in contact with go above and beyond to treat me like a guest in their home. Other car dealerships will have to work very hard to get me away from Kia Midtown. More
Absolutely horrible service. Had the car for a month and it been at the dealership for a month. 4 times to get the tint and ceramic coat done and still can’t get it right. The service center call center is terrible but the service department is great. I was told by the call center in April that I couldn't get an oil change until July. I did get an appointment for my r service department is great. I was told by the call center in April that I couldn't get an oil change until July. I did get an appointment for my recall for May and when I told them about not being able to get an oil change they did it for me that day and apologized for the inconvenience. I always have a good experience in the service department and a thank you to James for handling everything. More

My appointment for a recall was made 3 weeks earlier for 10:30am. I brought the car in early and went to work. At 2:00 pm or 2:30 pm I called to check as I was told the fix would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The service department did not answer and the operator took a message to get to them. An hour later...no call so I called again. The same message taken and no return call. I called the sales department and was told that he would personally deliver the message. Finally talked to someone in the service department and nothing had been done on my car. I asked for the service manager. He was nice and apologized and said they would need to keep the car overnight to work on it the next day. I had rearranged my work schedule to take it in for the day. I couldn't do that another day on such short notice. The communication from the service department is not just terrible, it was nonexistent until I got upset and demanded the manager. I found out that too many walk in customers had been taken, not just that day but in previous days that pushed my appointment to the next day. This is extremely poor customer service. This was our first purchase of a Kia and we will decide how service is in the future if we are repeat customers. The service manager said they would get it done that day and I went to the dealership and waited for them to finish the recall fix. It was done fairly fast, so I wonder and question if it was even done?? Also when we bought the Kia, my veteran husband was told he was suppose to get a veteran's discount. This was just ignored when we ask about it when bought the car by the finance department. I believe the dealership needs a bit of training on customer service. I know during the pandemic it was easy to sell cars, but now the market has changed and good customer service will earn repeat business. More
Was told to allow up to one hour for service. Waiting area also advertising *60 minutes or less*. After 2 hours I went to check status of vehicle. Was greeted with a reaction that I had been forgotten. Watched as staff dug through multiple items on the cluttered desk to find my invoice. Items in need of replacement were suggested at this time rather than during service of vehicle. Not one time during my excessive wait time did anyone check in or update me on the status of my vehicle. Under no circumstance should a basic oil change have taken this long. More
Updating the review- Overall average service, everything was good till closing the deal. I was promised few extras which never arrived for over 3-4 weeks. Nobody gave answers even after calling multiple tim was good till closing the deal. I was promised few extras which never arrived for over 3-4 weeks. Nobody gave answers even after calling multiple times. Spent 7-8 hours between 2 days only to know they have got incorrect parts. Service team hardly answers the phone. Customers should be compensated for the lost hours spent at the dealership without much attention. Sales person hardly responded after the closure of sale. I regret buying extras like maintenance plan as not sure what will I go through in future. More
