I have sent so many emails and to Mr. Johnson owner? Can’t remember for sure his name but/owner! No response when purchasing my car! Never detailed, no gas, tires bad and no replacement with a new cheap set at least! Car has bald tires already and the service department told me 700 to replace balance etc Should have been done when I purchased I have permanent oil rings or something on my carpet in the back! No detail until I brought it back and complained! It was like, once out the door 🖕to me Good luck! Service and parts put a spare tire and a jack for me Bo Chase did not do! I honestly believe Kia had just received that car on the trade-in, and had never even been touched yet, and remained that way and I purchased it! It was night and couldn’t really see well! But all the detailing, tires, spare etc was all done by service and parts Also, promised a spare key ended up paying $300 to get it. I ordered the key and I literally got a key for 150 then I had to order the part that makes it work which I didn’t know that part so I paid another 150. Get my point it was the screw job from get-go, and it was all Bo Chases’s fault Nice guy, not a salesman! When I came in, I told them I was sent over there by their sister Audi to purchase a car. I should’ve got a discount. Brought it up to Bo Chase. He didn’t know anything about it and wasn’t expecting him to even think about checking into it! that would’ve been less money in his pocket! I paid cash so they proceeded to tell me they made No Money off of me or my car! So what! It was almost like a bad thing I paid cash! I would love to trade in and get a 2door sedan! The fast one called a Stinger I love my Kia either a Audi or Kia again

I purchased a full 4 year extension warranty for full coverage front to back! I have never received a policy and would love to have a copy and also Bo Chase promised a service manual! Such little things to do to have a satisfied customer! I was National sales manager for Holland America and based out of Denver! Fabulous job and very satisfied customers due to my great follow up and great customer support and service I know what good follow is and repeat customers With him, he was a DJ WOWPEEDO ONE BAD CUSTOMER CAN RUIN YOU AND KIA
