The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I never write reviews but this is so ridiculous that I have to. I called Midtown Kia an entire business day prior to my Kia Sorento bein experienced. I never write reviews but this is so ridiculous that I have to. I called Midtown Kia an entire business day prior to my Kia Sorento being towed there. The vehicle arrived on a Tuesday. I couldn’t get anyone to call me back until Thursday last week. Evan Duplar called and said there was a post it note with my name and number and keys laying on his desk but he had no information other than that. That should have been the first giant red flag. Evan explained that he couldn’t have a technician look at it for a diagnostic until the following Wednesday and someone would call me then to explain my options. I called Wednesday afternoon because no one had called me and the scheduling person said that no vehicle under my name was in their system but that someone from the service department would call me back by the end of the day. No one called. I thought surely I would hear something Thursday… no one called. I called Friday morning (today) and Jessie asked for my information, then proceeded to ask me if my car was even at Midtown Kia because she doesn’t see my information saved anywhere. She transferred me to service department and I talked to someone by the name of George I believe, he said I really needed to be talking to Bobby but of course Bobby was too busy and I would hear from him shortly after 4pm today. I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor as no one could give me a status update on my vehicle that has now been there for a week and a half. George informed me he was standing right next to a director and put me on hold. I was then told the director was with a customer and would call me right back after. It’s been several hours, and almost 5pm on Friday. I’m positive I won’t be hearing from Bobby or a “Director”. I will be encouraging everyone I know to do business elsewhere. Still trying to get someone to locate my vehicle. More
