Messed up ac on a car of ours and I asked to change out rotors and wouldn’t do it. Don’t do what they say they are going to do and don’t fix the issue and didn’t put the fuse box panel back on. Financial advisor was an expert and got what I needed and understood my needs. Service after sale was a bit dry. They only had one closer which slowed the process for closing. Well I have a rattling noise underneath my car, but the only thing I could get done in the next two or three weeks was an oil change witch was double the amount.
