Used them for years, for multiple cars but they've gone downhill fast recently. Went in for new tires, put different more expensive ones than quoted on my car. Was supposed to get software update and decal during last two visits but no idea if it happened, no decal added but they listed it on the paperwork. Some of the service employees seemed very busy doing personal tasks and games on their phones instead of helping customers. Won't be going back. More

Mechanics have not fixed my car after several attempts and them saying “it’s fixed!” Thousands of dollars spent and my car is STILL doing the same thing it was brought in for. Friendly and super quick service. Was told it would be an hour and it only took about 20-30 minutes, so that was a pleasant surprise! They vacuumed out the car a bit, which was nice.
