I took my daughter's 2011 Sorento in to have the clock spring replaced because there are videos online showing that her car was having issues in that area. They had it for over a month and they didn't eve spring replaced because there are videos online showing that her car was having issues in that area. They had it for over a month and they didn't even install it correctly. There are lights on the dash that are still lit up that had they turned the clock spring and done what was right they should've went off. I called several times and left my name and number with people trying to get a status update and most of the time I would have to call back the next day because they wouldn't return my calls. The only good thing I can say is they didn't charge her for that or the work they did to replace the airbag activation sensor under the passenger seat. More
