You had my car (2015 Kia Soul) from May 18 until June 29 and was told there was nothing wrong with it except it needed a battery. I called 5 times for an update and came by the dealership once and NO ONE ca and was told there was nothing wrong with it except it needed a battery. I called 5 times for an update and came by the dealership once and NO ONE called me back. On the paperwork I was given it said I approved the battery, which I did not since no one ever called me. The next to last time I called I asked to speak to the owner of the dealership or the general manager. Didn’t get to talk to anyone. Immediately called back to the new car sales line and the sales manager said he would find out about my car. Joe in the service department finally called back and said there was nothing wrong with my car. I picked my car up and drove on I44 to the highway 75 north exit. In the middle of the exit ramp I lost power and the check engine light started flashing. I coasted to the shoulder on highway 75 and called the dealership. I told them I was stranded and needed a tow. I was given the number for a tow truck and told to call them for a tow. I called back later that day to make sure the car was delivered to the shop and guess what? No one answered the phone. I finally called the tow company to make sure it was delivered. I bought this car in October 2014 at the previous owner Primeaux Kia and it has 72k + miles on it. This has been the biggest nightmare dealing with the service department at Midtown Kia. More
