No communication. Never got to talk to anyone other than their answering service. I couldn't get my keys so I had to pay the tow truck and did not get my car. I bought my Kia at your dealership period when I go to buy a new one. It definitely will not be with you guys! More
Took my car in TWO separate times. The second time they had it for 11 days and still couldn’t located or fix the problem and sent me home with a broken brand new vehicle. Also, don’t even bother trying to get ahold of anyone at the Midtown Kia dealership. All they do is give you the run around and promises to “call back” and they never do. Not impressed. More

When you make appointment to get you vehicle service then they don’t do all the service and do half of it. Then ask you to bring your vehicle back another day to finish it. That’s not good service!!! I brought 4 new tires there and they charge me $40 when I bring my vehicle in to get the tires balanced and rotated. That’s not good service!!! I will look other places for better service. More
Very professional and courteous. Tended to my car in a timely manner and kept me updated. Will definitely go back. Ferguson Kia was a nightmare.
