Scheduler said there was a part available. She did not give me an istallation quote. However, when I drove 200+ miles to have receiver and harness installed, I was told the receiver you had wa She did not give me an istallation quote. I waited 3 and a half hours for a simple recall that they told me would only a few minutes. Then, after I left I noticed one of my security features had been disabled.
