Met with Mr Aponte 7/7/23 regarding an ongoing issue and then emailed him 7/17/23 and he still hasnt responded! the phone number he wrote on his business card says out of service. I DO NOT recommend Midtown More

I have met with Michael Aponte, Sales relationship manager and Shelly Smith Finance Director. But I have not had my issue with the missing extended warranty (purchased August 2019, but it was NEVER filed) resolved and, per usual, no one is calling or emailing me back.
