I will never buy another car from Midtown Kia. I was very happy with Jordan the sales guy but not with the GM who actually sold me the Altima. I took the car back 3 times for things that were supp I was very happy with Jordan the sales guy but not with the GM who actually sold me the Altima. The car is making an awful humming noise now and I have only had it for total of 2 weeks because they had it in the shop for a week. The first loner car that they gave me, while my car was being fixed had no oil in it when I drove it to work. I then had to bring it back to Midtown Kia for another vehicle and the second vehicle had a broken onboard system so there was no radio and no connection for my phone through the vehicle. I drove it until my Altima was fixed. I honestly would have NEVER bought a vehicle from here if I would have known they were selling me a headache. I’m not happy with it at all. It seems as if every time I get in it something else is wrong. I believe they sold me a vehicle at a high price, with issues, to get it off their hands. I wouldn’t send anyone here to buy a car. There are other car lots in town that stand behind their used cars. They certify and warranty them for a couple of months after purchase so that you’re not stuck with a lemon or a piece of junk.
